1977 ihc CO1700 coe grain truck WHT/BLU
Engine runs but the truck will not drive because when you try to throttle up the engine kills, we are pretty sure the carb needs cleaned, tuned, or replaced. Fuel tanks are empty and full of rust, we would not recommend putting fuel in them as they are. We ran it out of a portable tank.
