We have an immediate opening to join our team in Council Bluffs, IA for a hands-on Building & Grounds Maintenance role!

 

The purpose of this position is to maintain buildings, equipment, and tools throughout the grounds. This position will also perform necessary HVAC, electrical, and/or plumbing repairs as needed. Provides direction and advice on needed repairs/remodels throughout the facility. 3  - 5 years prior construction and/or building maintenance experience is required. 

Compensation: This position pays an hourly rate of $25.00 - $30.00/hour. Overtime pay for any time worked in excess of 40 hours/week.

 

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. No evenings, weekends, or holidays required!
