Vander Haag’s has a great opportunity for an experienced Diesel Service Technician to join our team!

 

ASE Certification is strongly preferred, but not required. Vander Haag’s offers:

• Flexible scheduling (4 days/week).  Day Shift hours!  No evenings, weekends, or on-call hours.
• Hourly base pay that reflects your experience in the industry.  Consistent overtime.
• Efficiency bonus (paid monthly) in addition to your hourly rate.

• Work in a clean, well-lit shop complete with overhead hoists and air conditioning!

 

At Vander Haag’s, no two days are exactly the same. You get the opportunity to work on a wide range of different heavy duty truck makes and models! General duties include:

• All types of medium and heavy duty truck repair
• Engine diagnostics and overhauls
• Drivetrain
• Electrical
• DOT inspections
• PM maintenance
• Hydraulic systems
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop and working area

Hours: Flexible schedule with a 4-day work week. Overtime pay for any hours worked beyond 40 hours/week.

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour.  Pay is depending upon experience, ASE Certification, and other qualifications.
