Vander Haag’s is currently accepting applications for a Customer Service Representative. This position is responsible to resolve customer problems, process warranty claims, and provide feedback to various Vander Haag’s departments regarding customer complaints. General responsibilities include: gathering information from sales and customers; issuing necessary credits to customer accounts; documenting data and information regarding warranty claims; working with vendors in regards to warranty issues with their product(s). The right candidate for this position must have strong computer skills. Prior experience in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), along with previous Customer Service experience is preferred. The right candidate will also be comfortable researching information on the internet to help resolve customer concerns.
Hours: Day Shift Hours Monday to Friday. No weekends or holidays required!
