Life Insurance

- Vander Haag's, Inc. provides a term life insurance policy for all employees.
- You designate your beneficiary (or beneficiaries).
- Additional life insurance may be purchased at your own expense.
Short Term Disability

- Vander Haag's, Inc. provides short term disability for all employees after 1 year of full time employment.
- Provides income for up to 90 days.
- Additional Short Term Disability may be purchased at your own expense.
Long Term Disability

- Payments begin after 90 days of being off work.
