Engine Remanufacturing Technician
Vander Haag's has an immediate opening for an Engine Remanufacturing Technician. This position is based in our Engine Rebuilding Center. This position will repair, inspect, and rebuild various class 8 diesel engines (Cat, Cummins, Detroit, etc.). All work is done in our CLIMATE CONTROLLED shop using our ergonomic-friendly work stations and stands. Rebuilt engines are tested on our in-house dyno as well. Prior diesel engine experience is preferred for this role. Vander Haag's provides an in-house ASE Certified Technical Trainer to help support and train all of our diesel engine technicians.
Hours: Day shift hours, Monday through Friday. No evenings, weekends, or holidays required! Part-time schedules are available to qualified candidates.. If interested in part-time schedule, please provide your schedule on the online application.
Compensation: This position pays an hourly base compensation + overtime. Pay is dependent on experience and can range from $25.00 up to $35.00 for qualified candidates. Compensation is dependent upon experience level.
