We have an excellent career opportunity at our store location in Spencer, Iowa! We are currently accepting applications for a full time leadership role in our Diesel Service & Repair Shop.

The Service Shop Manager will help direct, coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Service & Repair Shop. This management-level position is responsible for leading a team of Service Technicians and Fabricators on a daily basis. This position also works closely with our General Manager on business growth, productivity, & profitability strategies focused on customer retention and increased market share in the Iowa Great Lakes region.

Prior heavy duty truck maintenance/repair experience is preferred. A minimum of two to three years prior experience in a leadership role (Shop Foreman or Lead Tech) is also preferred. Qualified applicants should have some prior experience or the ability to demonstrate a good understanding of business operations in a service/repair environment.

Hours: Day shift hours, Monday through Friday. Hours are generally 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM. No evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call hours required!

Compensation: This position pays a base wage + semiannual bonus. Total compensation (base + bonus) will range from $90,000 to $105,000/year. Compensation will be dependent upon experience level and qualifications.
