We are searching for the right individual to join our growing E-Commerce Sales team! The position requires exceptional customer service and organizational skills while working in a fast paced environment. An ideal candidate will have strong problem solving and communication skills and be willing to learn about customers and parts in the heavy duty truck industry.

 

This position does not offer any remote work (i.e., work-from-home) schedules, but can be based out of any of the following office locations: 

• Spencer, IA
• Sioux Falls, SD
• Hull, IA
• Sanborn, IA

Strong computer skills are required. Having some mechanical knowledge is ideal, but not required. Vander Haag’s will invest in training and development for the right candidate!

The following are a few of the responsibilities for this position:

• Process customer carts on our website
• Maintain E-bay part listings and process orders
• Operate the vanderhaags.com Chat function
• Interact with customers via email to assist them in finding solutions
• Field online customer service requests
• Take phone calls to assist online customers with various parts-related questions

Hours: Day shift hours, Monday through Friday. No evening, nights, or holidays are required.  This position may occasionally cover a portion of a Saturday morning on a rotational basis.

Compensation: This position is paid on an hourly basis at $20.00 - $24.00/hour depending on qualifications and work experience.  Overtime pay is provided for all hours worked in excess of 40 hours/week.
