Vander Haag's offers a wide range of rebuilt heavy duty transmissions and rear differentials. The Gear Shop Coordinator works with the Remanufacturing Technicians and the Service Department Leader to ensure a smooth & efficient workflow of product through the gear Shop.

Daily duties will include:

• Tracking and organizing inventory of sold units to be built.
• Managing core parts inventory including working with other VHI locations and core buyers.
• Requesting parts and ensuring technicians have appropriate parts available based on demand.
• Work with Remanufacturing Technicians to streamline the rebuilding process.
• Other duties as assigned.

Prior experience with inventory and/or scheduling management is preferred, but not required. This position does require the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of internal customers. A working knowledge of computers is also required.

Hours: Day shift hours, Monday through Friday.

Compensation: This position pays an hourly wage. Pay rate will be heavily dependent on experience level and qualifications.
